Eric Upchurch is a former Special Operations Aviation Crewmember turned real estate investor. Since his first real estate investing venture in 2006, Eric has been involved in private lending, fix and flips, self-directed IRA, tax liens, syndications, and multifamily and turnkey buy-and-hold properties, just to name a few. To date, he has already invested in 500 doors.
