He got good experience in real estate as a commercial broker in Northern California, working with investors in multifamily properties, commercial properties, and shopping centers. Realizing how much quicker he could grow his portfolio with the incomes from short-term rentals, Tim switched his focus. He started looking for properties that would specifically work for short-term rentals and allow him to scale a lot quicker. Tim got the best results afterward.
